Dementia care
At Baxters we understand that dementia care can present some challenges for individuals and their families. Our nurses and carers understand and know all about the stages and types of the disease. Also we are committed to assist individuals to remain in their home for as long as possible. Furthermore, We offer a range of packages to meet the need of an individual with dementia. Care plans will be formulated by a Registered Mental health nurse (RMN).
